How small does it get?

My dick hard ranges from 7" to 7.25" depending on erection type. But can shrink to less than 1/2" soft. Not really an issue. But just curious about you guys.

My package is SO temperature sensitive. My balls and shaft can be slapping around on my thighs in the heat, and if I go into cold air conditioning, the SOFT size can be half as much as outside and my balls go back to where they must have been when I was born! Haha! I guess this is why I live in a warm climate. :biggrin1:

Well, I am not all that endowed...oh, I'm not complaining.....
......But....

sometimes, when very cold like swimming in a cold lake or a cold
morning at the ski lodge when I get out of bed (I sleep nude)...
it disappears altogether..like a turtle in it's shell...and all I am
left with are tight balls and pubes...:biggrin:

I'm the same. I'm about 7" hard and when I'm home naked, it hangs but go to the gym or my nude yoga class and it shrinks to an inch or two. Embarrassing.

pre-puberty size when I'm working out...it's ridiculous lol
