Thank you for starting this thread! I have been reaching out to friends and checking in, and the Pride events this past summer were a lift. But, I agree that the news has been a stream of negativity. I walk my dog several times a day and listen to good music, and take regular breaks from TV news, only consuming news when I am feeling more balanced.

Gosh, a little bit of everything! Seriously, it depends on my mood. I range from heavy metal to jazz to Blue Grass to hip hop. My playlists are really confusing to most people!

It’s good to be eclectic. I have a playlist from my college days full of emo goodness which helps on dark days x

I spend a !of time watching old movies from the 30s on U tube .most are PRE CODE and so alot of stuff goes on, and of course the women were spectacular , esp , Jean Harlow
Another stupid part on the movie codes were not to show real money , they were afraid some one might see it on screen and use that to counterfeit money ,, now that was really stupid .That was in effect till the late 80s

Doing ok just chilling till my surgery date November 15th coming soon here its pretty calm don't have any problems except the usual stare at the store sometimes but nothing bad ....just getting anxious for my bottom surgery....
