How the fuck? x_x Steady hands?

How on earth do people hold their cameraphones so still? As you can see in my drawing and newest photographs, I can't hold my hands still without shaking. :s
I need a digicam or one of those cameraphones that can prevent motion-blur. x_X

When holding it still is absolutely crucial, I use the self timer. Pushing that little button tends to jostle the phone a tad.

well I use to have to have really steady hands due to my former job. I was a phlebotomist. I still do for doing that and regular photography of other people. I get muscle spasms trying to take pics of myself, lol
