When I was younger my skin covered the corona but as I grew it pulled back for the fully exposed head. So moderate I think with a distinct scar line if you pull the skin back. Fren looks to be all there.

Not strictly as a teen, I got cut at 11.
Fully circumcised, tight and low, no bunching skin when soft and my scar is less than 1cm being my corona. Fren cut out.
No complaints, love the look and feel.
