I find I can't get deeper than 7 inches in my ass. I seem to not get the bend to straighten out and let anything deeper go fully in.

Try training yourself a little bit slowly each night and you should get used to it. Or do it whenever you're in the mood because a lot of it can be mental as well. firstly dont force anything... when you get to about 7" (real inches) you should hit a wall.. then just leave it there and instead push out with your ass (like you want to uhm take a shit).. make sure you are clean and it should pop through...
