Deepthroating 101:
First you need to realize that there is no such thing as someone without a gag reflex

A gag reflex is totally normal,
everyone has one. It's your body's involuntary reaction to a blockage in your throat. You can't get rid of it, but you can condition your body to react less violently to something in your throat and also train yourself to (mostly) ignore it. You're going to
master it and show it who's boss
It's not something you can master in a day, it's going to take practice.
Everyone wants to start with a dildo right away. Start
small. When you're brushing your teeth, take your toothbrush and reach back and touch your tonsil area with it for a second. The first few times you'll gag violently. It's just an automatic physiological reaction that
everyone has. Keep doing it
every time you brush your teeth: touch the back of your throat with your toothbrush, gag, wait for it to subside, and repeat 5-10 times.
After a few days of this you won't be gagging violently anymore, it'll become a milder reaction and just a minor annoyance
Now you can start training it

Take your toothbrush and now instead of just touching the back of your throat briefly,
hold it there. Your body will protest and you'll start gagging violently again: hold it until you can (just before you'd throw up.. don't actually throw up), take it away and wait for the reaction to subside. Repeat: do a few "reps" of this every time you brush your teeth.
As you practice you'll notice the reaction is a lot less intense, you can hold the toothbrush there for a
lot longer, and you'll develop an awareness of exactly how long you can hold it there before your gag reflex becomes too overwhelming.
After some more practice you should be able to poke and massage the back of your throat with your toothbrush without gagging for 10-15 seconds at a time, and know
exactly when to pull it away.
This is all deepthroating is: it's not overpowering your gag reflex (you
can't.. it's involuntary) but
playing it

It's simply desensitizing it and learning a rhythm..
Now you can move onto dildos. Pick something
flexible first, and long enough so you can hold onto one end and still have around eight inches to work with.
Do the same thing you did with the toothbrush: touch the back of your throat, hold it there. Once you get used to poking the back of your throat with it and holding it there for 10-15 seconds without gagging, you can try to deep throat it. The problem most people have when they start trying to deepthroat is is they don't put their throat in alignment. With your head held normally your throat takes a sharp bend down and it's very difficult to get a hard dick (or dildo) around this bend (don't worry, you'll be able to do it eventually with enough practice

)
The easiest way to put your throat into perfect alignment is to lay on your back on a bed with your head hanging off the side. Standing or kneeling you can also just tilt your head up.
So put your throat in alignment, touch the back of your throat with your dildo, then
push.
You'll feel a bit of resistance and then it'll
pop right down your throat. You'll probably experience another
"OMG I'm choking"
involuntary physiological panic moment here, just pull it back out. When your eyes stop watering, try again

Do the same type of training that you did at the beginning with the toothbrush: first just push it down, pull it right back out.
When you start getting used to this, push it down and hold it for 2 seconds.. then four seconds.. eight seconds.. then start holding it down as long as you can stand before your gag reflex becomes overwhelming.
With practice you'll be able to hold it down longer and longer before having to come up for air. It's like riding a bike, once you learn how to deepthroat it'll always come naturally to you. A little tip: when you're actually deepthroating a guy, don't be *too* professional and throw off your perfect rhythm a little.. a little gagging and gasping usually drives them wild
Once you're used to doing that there are a few other things you can practice:

Fucking your throat with it. Take it easy with this, it's deceptively hard on your throat and if you overdo it you'll sound like you smoked three packs of cigarettes the next day.
-Deepthroating with your throat out of alignment. At the bend in your throat you'll encounter some resistance but if if you push hard enough it'll just pop down. This is also
really hard on your throat
