I’m writing an erotic MPREG novel about a “two-spirit” Native American who was born with two full sets of genitals. He lives as a man with a small penis but he has a vagina, too. When I post a gay story on LPSG, I use abbreviations so that guys who aren’t into mm will move along and not be weirded out by gay sex. This one poses a new challenge. It’s mm/mf but that sort of misses the fact that both abbreviations concern a single person. Any ideas how to signal “hermaphrodite” in fewer letters? MPREG/MM/MH? Also, would you read something unusual like this?

Just say hemaphrodite. Don't overly complicate it.

..and I think a good story speaks for itself. People who are interested in that genre/topic may find it easier to seek out material like you are offering with clear titles. There is also something to be said about making it not the focus, but still there, and the reader will either understand and get it, or not.
