I've been trying to gain weight too, but just muscle. Sounds like you're similar with me with having a fast metabolism. So far in 2.5 months I've gained 15 lbs through working out 5 times a week, eating about 3k calories a day and using supplements. It's all about calorie intake, and eating lean meats, protein, enough carbs, and the right fats (almonds, nuts, etc.) I want to gain another 5-7lbs but have hit a wall so I'm going to increase my calories by 200/day and see what happens. I'm afraid if you don't workout/lift your weight may increase in fat however. Anybody that wants to see both and after can pm me...
