One of the newer squarecuts I've got actually doesn't have much extra length to its drawstring, so when I try to do the same thing, it ends up being pulled pretty far down as well.

Really the only thing you have to do to have a bulge in swim trunks is just by putting them on (without boxers underneath). If you really want an even bigger one, wear tighter swim trunks...

This effect is accomplished with a cockring, then. The cockring will pull the balls up high and out front. The limited pouch will force the dick horizontally to one side in the speedo.

The only question I have is what type of cockring is appropriate for swimming. Whether you swim in the ocean with a lot of salt, or you swim in a standard pool with a significant chlorine concentration, will a metal cockring cause a reaction with one's skin after prolonged exposure? You have to mind the material from which the cockring is crafted.
