So far, using:
Pygeum (I believe 500 mg capsules twice a day)
L-Arginine (1000mg, 1 500 mg taken twice a day)
Zinc (50mg)
Soy Lecithin (1200-2400mg per day)
Clomid (50mg, this is the only hard one to get)
Not sure what exactly it was but I've been taking the Pygeum and Lecithin for about two weeks now, Zinc / L-Arg / Clomid for about 5 days. Just had sex which ended with a handjob and shot about double my normal amount.
