Since most of the responses to this post are of the nonserious, sarcastic type, I'll provide a serious one since I, too, have experienced the same problem. I don't care for that sweaty balls smell that occurs at the end of the workday, no matter how well you shower in the morning. I have found that antiperspirant, not deodorant, cures this problem 100%.....absolutely no sweat and at the end of the day, your balls "smell minty fresh". I would never go back.

There are numerous ways - drop them down the Insinkerator, feed 'em to the dog, flush them down the loo..
But you mean, 'how do I stop my balls from stinking?'
If regular washing doesn't do it, I'd see a dermatologist.
Purell contains alcohols - mainly ethyl and isopropyl. On a very sensitive
area like the scrotum, it'll likely sting, alright. But the product's a handwash.
What you might have going on down there may require something entirely different and more appropriate.

I joined up just to say thanks.

Decided to give purell a try after coming across this thread. Worked quickly and without any ill effects - and incorporating it into my daily habit is more proactive, rather than waiting until I get smelly, slimy balls again.

So - thanks!

My experience is that laptop on the lap leads to sweaty balls, and sometimes this leads to jock itch or yeast infections in the uncut cock (making sense with the heat and the body not expecting that kind of heat). Anyway, scientifically, we cure this by removing the heat (so no more porn for you young man), or by treating it as a fungal infection. According to medicine (*** reference needed), men do not get fungal/yeast infections, so you need to pretend not to be a man when you have one. If it is in the cracks of the groin, get a regular topical fungal treatment (works for athletes foot etc, etc). If you have an itchy foreskin, treat it as an itchy vagina and try to cure it with a vagisil-like product of your choice (they extend with treatment length). if it doesn't do much - you need to head to the std clinic, and you should anyway.
Anyway, I track on my lap while typing, and the latter by spraying with lintactin (sp?) or some antifungal on the feet that my gym provides. I have found that "vaginal day creams" are excellent at curing jock itch. Cannot help with vagina itch (whatever that is, and I assume they have teeth).

Laserbeak, I was thinking along your lines of reasoning. I think it's due to the time of year and extremely cold weather, but I have noticed a dryness accompanied by itchiness between my thighs and balls. When I have scratched the area(s), I have noticed an odor - not overly foul or anything like that - but I like to be odor-free or shower-fragranced for my wife. I have not asked my wife if she's noticed anything because I don't want to draw undue attention to it. However, I feel I should not be so closed-off to a wonderful wife of over five years and the dutiful mother of my young son. Still, I think I'll take your advice and try athlete's foot spray or Goldbond. However, I see how Goldbond might be used for treating the opposite problem (moistness). I have friends who swear by that stuff though.

While it may be effective, I think this is very bad advice. When I was like 13 I had itchy butt, even though I wiped my ass plenty good. I got the clever idea to wipe my ass with rubbing alcohol, and I offered my soul to the powers that be to take my life and end the suffering. As you can see, they left me to soak up the torment. It felt like fucking fire ants were eating my ass hole. So ya... alcohol based products around sensitive areas FAIL! I used tea tree oil, still a little strange down there but more of a... "did my balls just smoke a pack of menthol!?" feeling.

Home Remedies for jock itch are very simple easily available such as antibacterial soap which should be used to combat the condition. Keep the area groin dry. One can even use a blow dryer on the cool setting to dry your crotch area. One can also use the towel to dry as long as one is meticulous in the drying process.
The next step would be the application of anti-fungal creams such as miconazole and clotrimazole per instruction on the package. Minor cases of jock itch can be addressed by some procedures it is recommended that for serious cases; one should consult a medical practitioner. Other than the anti-fungal cream, one can also put on anti-fungal powder or use anti-fungal sprays. Tea tree oil and anti-dandruff shampoos are excellent home remedy for jock itch as well.

Jock itch is not a bacteria it's a fungus so I don't see how antibacterial soap would help. You need fungicide spray or cream or whatever.

Interesting. Glad mine don't reek. I've been told my balls have a slight musky smell, with a stronger smell of sex. I find it arousing and often touch them and smell them. Even at work. The smell (if strong enough) will get me hard.

After your shower, try applying some hydrogen peroxide to your balls and groin. Keep it on as long as you can stand it. If it burns, rinse it off, try again the next day for longer. Also a good cure for itchy balls.
