I'm sensing a lot of male insecurity here. Fist off those people at your work are just ignorant. They are men and women who choose to cling to useless and overused stereotypes and myths. Black men, as well as women, have been oversexualized in American culture for hundreds of years. Not much we can do to change that fact but we can choose to move on and live in reality, here and now.
That being said, you really shouldn't involve yourself in pointless competition, especially at work. Women know when you are trying to prove yourself to them and it comes off as very insecure since you are seeking validation from them. It is not attractive, and it only works on the most shallow or naive women, trust me.
Bottom line is, your real issue involves you and not any of the people you work with.
Oh and the women you work with are not worth your time. From experience, the women who truly play into the myths about black guys usually turn out to be the trashiest. The black men who use the myths to their advantage are insecure and/or have low self-esteem.
