Awesome info man. Can you further tell what dosage of choline and would you take and how long do I have to be on it daily to reach maximum impact? Or is it like viagra that you take a shot and up you go?

Most people are deficient in choline this is why so many people have low libido and sexless marriages.
In our horny 20s our livers produce great amounts of choline but this drops off as we reach our 30s for most people.
I take a choline dose of 250 mg as needed. I can tell when I’m low; my libido gets low or I start to gain weight.
Remember choline is the master fat metabolizer nutrient it also burns fat along with the creation of sex hormones.
Make sure you have good fats in your diet for choline to work with ; beef, bacon ect are great sources of saturated fats.
