PE is only going to give you 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth from where you currently are. So if you are 8 x 6 already, maybe your 10x7 goal is possible. BTW, 8 x 6 is really big.

And PE follows the law of averages. The gains I mentioned above seem to be the most typical after YEARS of doing PE. Not everyone may get there and some may even exceed it.
