On three different occasions with three different women I've been messing around when, as we are both are both prepared to take the next step, I presented my big dick. Do what I learned to do... Either get closer to them relationally before trying to have sex, or don't let them see it the first time... Make the lights dark or whatever.
read your post on warming women up to it. What are your measurements? You may have just run into 3 women who are not used to a big dick and, less likely, aren't actually able to accommodate you. Lots of foreplay will help a woman prepare physiologically. Most women can accommodate more than they realize, but they have to be prepared mentally as well. Keeping things dark is one option, but she is probably going to get a hand on it at some point before you get inside her. Speak confidently but gently about how it is going to feel. Turning lights down is unfair trickery, try telling her up front that you're "scary big" and that you don't like it that way, wish you were smaller, but alas... so you stick to hand jobs and bj's.
