I agree with Sherbert. Working out at the gym is the best way to increase your testosterone levels.

But, if your levels are abnormally low (usually found in men in there 50's on up) you may want to ask your doctor about getting the Testosterone shots. There is also a patch available which will keep your levels normal.

But, he won't perscribe it for just anyone. You have to have a proveable medical condition.

Tests are conducted by a routine blood test.

i have tried a few products for testosterone... n1-t is a suppliment that is more of a short term gainer... very hard and easy to hold back ejaculation when on it, but after about a week the effects stop completely(cycle needed).

Viraloid is another suppliment i have tried...holey crap... i yelled at a police officer about a week into taking it (got out of a ticket). after taking it for a while i looked into it and its a natural substance that mymics synthetic steroids. when i was on it i lost a lot of weight and gained muscle, also i was running farther and doing more reps with little down time needed. the stuff is so expensive and last time i ordered it i canceled my order because the vendor couldnt get any for over a month. i've been off of it and my body went back to normal and i quit working out since i got a full time job. i want to try it again but i cant afford it and i have no time to work out.

I naturally have way more testosterone than a normal guy. Doctors has told me. What does this mean? I take plenty of drugs for pain, etc., but I've never taken anything to boost my testosterone levels. I'm not physically able to work out except for some basic excercises. I don't eat much but when I do I try to eat things that are high in protein and low in fat. My stress level is extremely high, maybe my body is making extra testosterone to deal with that. Any ideas? :cool:

Some men are just designed that way. If you're healthy, not suffering from some form of illness and you're not someone prone to violence, consider yourself fortunate. Just make sure that you get regular check ups to ensure you're staying healthy.

I hope you know excess testosterone is converted into oestrogen.

Not if you're supplying the T yourself endogenously (e.g.- through exercise). The problems occur when you supply it exogenously- like through injections or gel.

I experimented with tongkat ali which definitely increased my testosterone, once I had worked out the best dosage and diet, the effects were very noticeable.
I am currently trying a supplement called Z-bol which is a natural testosterone enhancer with Acetyl-L-Carnitine, tribulus terrestris, avena sativa, zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6.
It doesn't seem as effective as tongkat ali because I haven't noticed any differences but I have only been taking it for a few days.

I read somewhere that not ejaculating for 7 days gives highest T levels.


I'm not sure if you workout or not but did you notice any muscle gains whle taking Tongkat ali?

If you start adding it in Externally, and it's more than your body needs...Guess what.... Your Balls are going to SHRINK. Then your TITS are going to get BIGGER because your body will start producing ESTROGEN to counteract all the Testosterone your adding in.

Testosterone should only be administered by a physician, under STRICT watch.
It's nothing to mess with.

You know that is a very good point and it is something that I have thought about myself, so has anybodys balls shrank while taking Tangkat Ali?
