I agree with Sherbert. Working out at the gym is the best way to increase your testosterone levels.
But, if your levels are abnormally low (usually found in men in there 50's on up) you may want to ask your doctor about getting the Testosterone shots. There is also a patch available which will keep your levels normal.
But, he won't perscribe it for just anyone. You have to have a proveable medical condition.
Tests are conducted by a routine blood test.
