Hey, my friend is interested in doing the whole web cam thing online. She's really attractive with a great rack but has no clue where to start, neither do I. Can anyone recommend a good online site that pays well and that they've used or know someone who has and trusts?

I've done this before on camcontacts.com. You just need to email them a clear photo of your passport and of yourself, fill in your bank details then you're off. Other sites (adultfriendfinder.cams.com, imlive.com) are probably similar
