Check out phalloboards and phalloboards 2.0 lots of stuff on Elist and not very complementary. My two cents do traction it is the only proven method to increase size. One can gain an inch in about 6 months. Thats a 20% increase in size for the cost of about 100 bucks

Be leary of phallaboards. It tends to be full of people making comments although they have never had a procedure in their life. The site is slanted to a single doctor in Mexico and tries to slam all the others. It is a very hateful and personal bashing site. You should talk to those who have been through the procedures, many are here on LPSG and can give real advice on some of the doctors. I have had 4 procedures with dr. Loria so can comment on him. It would be inappropriate for me to comment on dr. E. simply because I have not been through his procedure. But there are plenty on phallaboards that will give you advice they just pulled out of their ass and have no real experience. Basically i am suggesting that you talk to real referrals who have real experience, for which ever doctor you decide on. The Internet is full of bad information, especially on the subject of penis enlargment.

That is corect. Dr. Elist does a silicone implant, dr loria uses silikone 1000 and priority blend to cause the skin calagen to grow and increase the girth. Two totaly diferent techniques. Both increase the girth. My experience is with dr. Loria only and can say I'm very happy. I am sure dr. Elist has lots of happy patients also. I hope the couple here talk to both and get patient referrals.
If Dr Elist was such a success, all porn actors would be sporting 10" plus schlongs by now. Ask yourself where are all the independent before and after photos. Why is it that you sign you life away before the procedure and any negative reviews of this procedure is met with threats of legal action. Why is it that he is the only one doing this procedure. Surely if it was such a huge sucess he would license it and become a Billionaire overnight. I stand by my previous post. Do traction if you want a longer and yes thicker dick. It cost almost nothing and there is zero risk if one does the protocol properly.

I had a procedure with Dr. Loria. Gained one full inch in circumference. And there is zero negative. Oh, no, wait... I forgot, Normal condoms are so tight now. Hahahaha
It can increase the length. I tried it but impossible to wear 6 days a week for the amount of time required. And for me it would always slip or cause my glans to go numb. Very impractical for some one who worKS although I did try. Maybe it is good for others. One problem is it is for length only but it is girth that women want. That is why I went with dr. Loria. Almost instant results with lots of girth. Adding a half inch in length over a year is unnoticeable, but adding an inch of girth is a huge difference.
I imagine a lot of guys would like the length, so it looks longer when naked but the girls, yep, they know the deal. They want the girth!

Goggle Dr.Gontero. it was the first study of it kind. And proved that you can increase the size of you dick and that it was as effective or better than any current surgery out there. It will also increase girth too, although pumping is better for that.

For a quarter of a century since Mel Rosenstein (a.k.a. the butcher of Culver City) made phalloplasty fashionable, a slew of physicians have tried to cash-in on this potentially lucrative practice. Their offices are never located in low-rent districts but in areas like Beverly Hills and La Jolla which says more about their business model acumen than their surgical abilities. Virtually all of the physicians have had mixed results and some have gone to the grave in disgrace.
An inherent problem with surgical phallic enlargement is post-op scar tissue formation which inhibits penile expansion in both length and circumference. Scar tissue is the enemy of size. The Elist implant mesh is an attempt to lock-in size gains and help prevent post-op shrinkage that occurs in many if not most men. An LPSG member (not myself who nature smiled upon at birth) who had twin dermal grafts went through a long and arduous vacuum pumping post-op to prevent scar shrinkage with dubious results. Unfortunately my wife and I have seen men at nudist resorts and beaches who have had phallic enlargement surgeries only to suffer shrinkage to their manhood and wallets.
If you are one of the legion of patients who's results don't match the hype I suggest you drive west on Wilshire Blvd. down to Dr. Gary Alter's office on N. Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills. He's made a career out of repairing botched phalloplasty and by the way has performed many celebritiy sexual-reaasignment surgeries including Bruce Jenner's. Dr. Alter was the surgeon assigned to perform work below Jenner's waist.

Scar tissue is also the basis for Peyronies, which can cause sevear deformation and shrinkage of the penis as well as sevear pain and the inability to have sex.
