So I know there is a fair amount of interest on this site about huge cumshots.

In the interest of 'science', I have been experimenting on and off for the last year and a half with different supplements to give myself massive ejaculations.

Keep in mind, I am not a medical professional, and have no idea what side effects these are having on my body. The formula I continue to use has "no lasting effects" but who knows what that means.

I have had some success and want to share that information so, without further ado:

1) Zinc 10 - 15 mg- if you are at all interested in cumming more, start here. After taking zinc and abstaining for a month I came easily 4x as much as I ever had before. In once daily jo sessions I see a significant increase. Do not take more than suggested daily values as you can develop zinc poisoning over time
2) L-arginine - amino acid, building block for cell growth. it works to some extent. Will make Herpes worse (dont ask me, look it up)
3) L-lysine - amino acid, helps to counter act the down side of L-arginine
4) L-carnitine - amino acid, why not
5) pygeum - holy shit, take the recommended daily value, a week later your shit will be dripping at the thought of tits (man tits?). precum galore!
6) lecithin - makes your cum thick, and pearly white.
7) Ginseng - good flow your whole body, including blood flow. better blood flow, better, everything.
8) muira-puama / tribulus terrestris / maca root - these are supposed to make your sexual energy better, basically better blood flow. They make my entire groin throb and drive me crazy horny. It will make my dick throb and pulse like a mother fucker. So I tend to pop these like half an hour before starting sexy time. (or a routine for a couple days if I know I am getting some at a specific point)
9) fenugreek - this makes your cum taste like maple syrup, really! but too much can increase estrogen levels.

Combine this routine with kegels and edging, and you can bust a nut like a horse!

Thanks - I'll try these. The pygeum sounds promising since I love lots of precum and lots of wet jism. I do the l-argenine and it helps kick the system into play. Fenugreek - sounds interesting too - flavor..... When I get into this I wanna suck cock so bad.

L-Arginine and L-Lysine are direct competitors for the same receptors. Supplementing both of them is the same as supplementing neither of them... you'll maintain the same ratio between the two and it won't have any effect (apart from draining your wallet taking two supplements that counteract eachother).

If you're trying to get the supposed sexual benefits that come with having a ratio of high L-Arginine to low L-Lysine, you should be supplementing L-Arginine only.

you should chuck some clomiphene citrate (clomid) in there as well. its a SERM (selective oestrogen receptor modulaltor) ive heard its what pornstars use, i used it as part of a poast cycle therapy after discontinuing use of steroids, helped me recover and made me cum massively

A good multivitami, wheatgerm, pygeum, fenugreek, lecithin, and l-arg comes to probably around 50 a month. I buy over time so it's hard to say. The experimentation was costly since I tried a bunch of crap that didn't work at all.

Yeah, I probably could use my money more efficiently, but I live pretty well, and really enjoy having a really full load. You could say its one of my vices.

i have used clomid. it works but you must stop after 2 weeks and then for the following week you feel very very annoyed, angry, generally unpleasant...i did not think it was worth the after effects.

i ran it for six weeks, alongside hcg and nolvadex to help recover from the steds. theres alot of hype about steroids, but they have few long term side effects in bodybuilders. im fully recovered, kept most of my gains, and was shooting like a horse fir a few weeks, even though my testicles had shrunk at the time, i was shooting more then than i do now.....

At my age I am always searching for the "fountain of youth" and have found it, for the most part, heavy exercise. Being physically fit has increased my sex drive to almost the level of my younger days. Being fit is my first sex suppliment. However, suppliments are my second regimen. I take most of the items that you have mentioned and have just added macs and pygeum with saw palmetto. I'll revisit this thread in one week and report on my performance.
