After a day and a half of addidng pygeum and maca to my regimen, I had results. I leaked big time in my indoor cycling class and am glad my tights are black. Next, I had sex when I got home from the gym and had noticeably more cum. It kept shooting and shooting. When I was fininshed, l leaked longer than I usually leak in post sex. I think these suppliments work. I'll report again.

I will try some of the tips to increase precum simply because i love it, as does my gf.
im 19 so distance or quantity of ejaculate is a non innue for the mean time :) will keep these in mind for the future however :p

before i was reading about how a guy precummed beyond control at any arousal, poor dude, considering were all here trying to precum more :p

Will I ever blow a big nut?

2 weeks taking lecithin granules and drinking 8 glasses of water (24 oz) a day, no change.

Took a few weeks off and then started taking 30 mg cheated zinc, 500 mg pygeum, and 3000 mg L'arginine. Still drinking 8+ glasses of water. It's been 2weeks and I see no difference.

Any advice from someone who's had the same results?

I have always been able to cum a good amount especially if I don't bust for a couple days but have noticed that while working out regularly and living a healthier life I would always cum more and really shoot further. Also taking supps has worked for me in increasing the amount of cum... I have never really been a big pre cummer and haven't ever really seen an increase in it. I can't tell ya all the different supps I have taken while I had an increase but I am back in the gym now after a couple years of fallin off the wagon and partyin way too much. I am gonna try some of this stuff that I haven't before and see what happens cant wait to see if I can increase my pre cum =)

L-arginine is fun stuff.

I was taking an over the counter testosterone stimulant - tricks your body into making more of your own testosterone. I felt like I was going through puberty again; but this time as an experienced adult :biggrin1:. I noticed I shot farther and larger thicker fuller porno quality - no need to photo shop - cum shots.

Along with it I made some really reckless decisions in multiple parts of my life.

After two weeks of adding maca and pygeum to my suppliments, you bet I am making more cum and precum. I leak more at the gym and during the day. When I shoot, its noticeably more. Not buckets but noticeably more. Very enjoyable!

I take most of the original poster's suggested supplements, and someone recommended Swedish Flower Pollen (not readily available in health food stores but some online sources) to increase the thickness and whiteness of semen. I drink lots of water here in New Mexico for obvious rehydration reasons. I exercise and work out several times a week (gym and cycling/hiking). Well, I'm also an older guy than most all of you (!) and have no problem cumming, just I don't like the watery consistency of my latter days cum. :( It does make a glorious mess, though.....

Despite the heavy supplementation, I can't say I have improved in the "huge loads/copious amounts/hard shooting/creamy consistency" departments -- although I have high libido, great sex, and shoot well, even splatter! -- I'm not sure what the solution might be. I guess I'll just chalk it up to "maturing"....heheh -- but it all still works to the delight of me and my partners. Believe it!

I probably have the most expensive urine in Santa Fe, though -- all those supplements probably just course right on through and out the bladder!

as far as the precum one, this concerns me a little bit as the one gentlemen said about his experience at the gym.... does this make it uncontrolable... i work at a place where a lot of hot women come and go, if i become alittle aroused am i going to be staining my pants?

plenty of good sleep, hydration with clean filtered water, fresh fruit vegetables and a healthy diet, lots of excersise and no stress and pretty soon your balls will be producing stuff overtime

Another week into supplements. No change. I doubled up on zinc, taking 60 mg per day. Still no precum with the pygeum. Arginine makes flacid size bigger.
Gonna give it 2 more weeks.
