Sad to say it's been photoshopped. You can see a line on her bare arm just around her breasts - where it looks like the light is bending due to the gravity of her enormous jugs!

Good eye, but if you go to more detail, it's not photoshopped per size, it's the filter they use to alter/enhance the photo that does something around edge definition and the like.
You can see from the outdoor one here... she's just as big... and I just don't see any photoshop, but again you see that outline on her arm. Again, I think it's the filter.
