Huge veins in my balls

Hey there, this is my first post.I have a few shots of my junk, I'm soft in these pics.

I was wondering if anyone else has these dark blue veins on their scrotum? I really find them ugly, is there a way to get rid of these? I've pretty much had them since High School, I'm 27 years old now. My balls are somewhat tight in these pics. But the do sag down quite a bit. Could that be the reason for my veins looking so huge. I should get a scrotum reduction haha.

I've never seen anyone with such prominent veins on their scrotum, but with stuff like this my motto is: when you're worried about it, get it checked out. And a doctor can probably tell you what you can do about them.

I wouldn't worry about them too much.....do they hurt? If they don't hurt, or cause you any discomfort, and you've had them since your teens, I don't think they are a big deal.
