Hulk Hogan's family blames the victim of their son's car crash?

    Yep, it's true.
First, Listen to Linda Hogan say that the victim's mother has no reason to be upset, but Linda herself does? (disgusting!!)

    Here's more:
    http://www.aolcdn.com/tmz_documents/052308_nick_hulk_blame.mp3

In this conversation Hulk and Nick are talking about making a reality show about Nick's "battle"when he gets out. So they're scheming to make money off of Nick ruining the rest of the friend's life. I have lost all respect for any of them.

Not thatI had any respect for Nick or Hulk's cunt of a wife anyway!!!

If found guilty, any proceeds from that show I believe are awarded the victim's family. I recall that being what killed off OJ's book/tv show. Anything he made from it would go to the Goldman family. Also, it was in bad taste and the network that intended to air it pulled the plug.

If I Did It - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Not to worry, they're pretty good about making sure there is something in place to keep the Hogan's from personal gain. But even still, it does spread the loss to advertisers and ultimately consumers from any proceeds that come of it.

Well, you know, they need another meal ticket since Hulk didn't get invited back to host the new American Gladiators show. And Brooke isn't doing much with her "singing career." And, you know, the ex-wife needs more loot to maintain her divorced lifestyle. Pattern?

You know what? It's easy to judge, but when push comes to shove the Hulkster has always been there for us. You think gas prices are high now? If he hadn't run wild on the Iron Sheik, we'd be killing each other in the street for the stuff like in Mad Max.

that may not be true. OJ lost a civil suit filed by that asshole Goldman and the court awarded him the proceeds of OJ's income. BTW, young Goldman may have been a nice guy, but he wasn't worth $30 million and his old man certainly didn't deserve to win a $30 million lawsuit. Blame it on a vindictive fucked up jury...

and Hulk's son was convicted and is presently spending eight months in jail.

There are some pictures on the net from the accident, the victim basically lost his whole frontal lobe, he is gonna be a vegetable for the rest of his life. So basically Nick killed this kid.

You're probably the first one I've seen post that way about the victims of those murders. If they get it right this time OJ spends a good amount of time in jail for what he did in Nevada last year. He's a thug and he got off with his defense team and the fact Rodney King beatings occurred about the same time. The decision back then was an appeasement to keep LA from rioting again.

As for the Hogan's any profits need to go to the victim's family, especially when they expect the rest of us to pick the tab up on it by having a tv show about it.

I disagree. The decision came about because the LAPD tampered with the evidence to, supposedly, ensure a conviction. The prosecution was incompetent and Judge Alito wasn't much better. It was their case to lose and they did so spectacularly.

That could very well be a possibility. But the glove trick, wtf was that, what does it prove that someone's hand doesn't exactly fit a glove ? Gloves are designed to fit a range of hand sizes and a close fit, larger or smaller (leather does shrink and stretch too, if not fluctuations in weight can account for a size difference for human hands) is as good as being an exact fit. Like shirts and pants, there's loose fit built into clothing. Some even purposely buy oversized as fashion. And maybe it wasn't tampering, just a damn good lawyer getting a heck of a paycheck suggesting it was tampering and casting that doubt. Some people can convince others of anything, shadow of a doubt is a thin line and if the defnse hammers that point after point, shadow of a doubt eventually creeps into everyone's mind, simply because that's going to be the last sentence to their diatribe, when it had been the battle cry for weeks on end in that trial.

The glove thing. The rule in prosecuting cases is never introduce a question or a piece of evidence that you cannot completely answer. "If it doesn't fit you must aquit," won that round and the prosecution could not answer for it. That was an enormous mistake on their part. The other evidence was the blood-spattered garden gate. In the earlier photograph the gate was clean, in the later photograph the gate had blood spattered on it. How did the prosecution not catch this? It was the most blatantly obvious tampering (along with the Bronco) that there could have been. Introducing Mark Furman, who had a history of using the epithet, "nigger," was the worst possible move.

Reading comments from the former jurors you just can't help but understand their situation. From their perspective if the LAPD obviously tampered with some evidence, then what else might they have tampered with that wasn't obvious? The sad story is the prosecution went in over-confident and without enough preparation. OJ had the dream team behind him and when you're facing that kind of power, you must be certain of absolutely everything you do. I believe OJ Simpson committed murder yet I believe, as much as it pains me to say it, that the jury verdict was correct given the case as presented.

Any driver that chooses to drink then drive is responsible for any damages or injuries, or deaths related to their intoxication weather it be their fault or not. That simple!!! People need to start taking responsibility for their own actions and stop blaming others.
