In day to day living, sure i forget before sitting on toilets sometimes that im going to hang down more than the average bear..I also have to be careful when going commando in basketball shorts, that certain seating positions are off limits.

I've certainly got use to having it swinging and heavy and any 'practical' issues have just become the norm [for me anyway].
