"Confidence in every arena" great point.
BTW, I may or may not be huge.
I am not a guy that is particularly vane, performance and function of my body and mind are zenith.
I have always played and enjoyed many competitive team sports, however I was slender/lean and did not have any great remarkable physical strength. An man o man, I wanted as a teenager to consistently throw 80mph sliders. What to do?
I started weight training.
There was a true payoff in my physical strength resulting in faster pitching. Objectively realized.
Was there any other "perks" that came along? You bet.
I became more confident in every aspect of baseball.
Other "perks", I became a better student.
As a better student, I got a better start in my career.
Also:
Apparently there are those whom think that a lean but more muscular body is attractive. I recognized both more confidence with meeting and attracting others.
Education, careers, sexual relationships, all saw benefits from lifting weights to throw faster.
All aspects of my life seemed to improve, most importantly was my own realization that I could effectively improve self-characteristics that I thought were permanent...Just because I benched and curled steel plates ?
Could this really be true, you bet.
"Confidence in every arena ".
Did my penis change?
(I take the 5th on that Q) lol.
