Eh, some people are okay with being on the skinny side, hardc2020. It's all about preference, though.

lol this. i just think a little effort in the gym goes a long way especially when you are naturally thin.

I definitely think there is something to that. It seems like they are able to eat dirty and still gain lean mass. For me I'm constantly trying not to get chubby.

I'm 6'3 and 190... In great shape..with 8 inches..and prefer the muscle guy with the average cock. There is something off putting about twinks...i feel all men should workout..our bodies are capable of being forces of steel.

Re: Diet

Im just assuming this, but many of the very skinny guys dont eat that much/have much of an appetite. What going to the gym and lifting weights does for you is that it makes your body need/crave food.

When a skinnier (twink) guy finally makes it a routine of going, and that means a month of 4-5 days a week, you will notice your appetite increases ten fold. And with three months of that routine you will see big gains in your weight.

Saying things like my metabolism doesnt let me gain muscle/weight is just false. Come back and say that after three months of four-five days in the gym

I would love to find a muscled man, any race, in Albuquerque, NM. Larger cities, e.g., Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, or Dallas -- no problem.

Once most of the men marry; they lose their tone, and some of them don't care how they look, anymore: their wives feed them well -- but they don't workout.

That's something I've noticed too. It's like people try and get fit to meet someone and then when they finally meet someone they don't care about it anymore.

Wouldn't that sort of qualify as not being quite the same person they were when they met?

For example, I have a friend that was in the army when he decided to get married to his long time girlfriend and he had always been pretty slim and fit. Now that they are married, he's ballooned into basically a "fat" guy and looks totally different.

That struck me as being pretty odd, since personally I'd like to always stay fit looking for my significant other.

I would have to respectfully disagree

I graduated High School at 5'9", 135 lbs. Around the age of 25, I got serious with my workout. It took a year, but with protien shakes, and supplements, I was able to put on 5 lbs of muscle. Marriage, Family, and other aspects distracted me for a bit, and as I aged, I found I was gaining weight, but not the type you want

When AlphaMale moved in with me, with his help, I got serious again. We worked out 3-4 days a week, ate very healthy, and I started taking supplements again, including *GNC's "RAW MASS", testosterone boosters, and others. He was on the same supplement program as I was, but within a few months, found that he was gaining more and faster than he wanted to. I stayed on that particular program. My intake daily was an average of 3000 calories and 180 gr of protien.

The body pic in my album is after a year of this. Barely 10 lbs of gain. On the same program, Alpha gained 40lbs+-, and then cut back 15 lbs. I'm glad that he witnessed it, because most do not believe how hard I lift, or how much I eat, because I just don't gain, relatively speaking.

That's also something I've noticed with some people.

Seems like they do everything in their power to "catch" a mate. (Dress well, stay in pristine shape, even act a certain way) But as soon as they get one, they let themselves go.

I've never understood that. Personally, I would want to be at my best. Not just for my mate, but for myself.
