This is increibly ignorant. Going to the gym has nothing to do with eating and gaining weight.Re: Diet
Im just assuming this, but many of the very skinny guys dont eat that much/have much of an appetite. What going to the gym and lifting weights does for you is that it makes your body need/crave food.
When a skinnier (twink) guy finally makes it a routine of going, and that means a month of 4-5 days a week, you will notice your appetite increases ten fold. And with three months of that routine you will see big gains in your weight.
Saying things like my metabolism doesnt let me gain muscle/weight is just false. Come back and say that after three months of four-five days in the gym
