i think he looks like he could definitely be 18, and anyway he's fully clothed and the pic was taken in a very public venue, so where's the crime? why take the link down?
never understood why the rolling stone cover pic of taylor lautner was banned from the site too. he was less than 18 at the time of the pic but it was on the magazine rack of every grocery store in america,
