    Has anyone tried any herbal remedies or over the counter Hunger/appetite suppressants?

    phendimetrazine? Generic versions of this?

    No, because I'm not a moron. That shit can kill you. If you can't lose weight through increased exercise and proper nutrition, see a doctor.

    Lots of exercise and a good meal plan is the best way to loose weight. Please stay away from diet pills.

    If you are going to use an appetite suppressant, it should really be one that is provided to you by a Licensed Physician. Most of the herbal ones have dubious claims of appetite suppression, and LOTS of side effects... Also, a lot of the over the counter ones are mainly caffine pills with just a dash of some 'newly discovered wonder plant'...
