While I am flattered that you have chosen me as an exemplar of penile grandeur, I am discontented to see my own work used to make money for someone else without benefit to me and without my permission. So please either pay me $100 for the use of my photo or stop using it.

Well, I finally saw the ad for myself and followed it to the site from which it originates. (Thanks to AlphaMale for referring me to a site where the ad was appearing.) I sent the following message to the advertiser:
I arbitrarily picked the sum of $100 since I consider it extremely unlikely that they will choose to pay me anything when they can easily go steal other pictures off the Web.

I considered the possibility of (1) being vague at this point and inviting an offer and (2) demanding a much greater sum; but I judged that such options would only increase the chance of my getting nothing at all. I think that the most likely outcome in any case, whether they stop using the photo or not, but we shall see.You shouldn't have sold yourself short, 100 bucks?! Makes you wonder how your member affected their overall market in sales. You should have inquired how much Ron Jeremy was given, maybe he is in the same boat as you! Exploited!
It can't possibly be slander when there is no identification of the person in the photo. But it is false advertising. (False advertising for a penis-enlargement product--who would have thought?)
As for the quantity, I've given my reasons. "Way too little" by what measure? Remember that I have no leverage over them. They know that I'm not about to hire a lawyer on the chance that I might be able to make some money out of this.
The measure I would have used would be based upon the pricing of licenses for stock images used for advertising. You asked for way too little! I mean, you certainly wouldn't get rich, but still.
