    I had a vasectomy and my right nut swelled. it was hydrocele, surgery was needed, painful? yes, but with some good drugs, it's not bad, and heals quick.

    I have had a hydrocele for years, and it causes no problems. It makes my left testicle look bigger than my right, and I quite like that! image001.jpg

    I have a varicocele on each of my testicles, a much larger one on the left testicle. It sometimes aches, but its not a big deal. Sometimes is aesthetically unpleasing, but it does make them look larger. I asked a urologist about embolization to stop it, but he hadn't heard of the term, so I wasn't going to trust him to try it out on me.
