I've always had big loads it's said that the normal is 1/2 to 1 full teaspoon. I'm far more than that even in my 40's when semen volume drops. Men with hyperspermia are mass blasters, cumming unbelievable amounts, LOL!

Lol. Years ago trying to have kids I had to have a sperm count. Doc asked if lost any of the sample or was that all I shot!
Apparently anything if a man ejaculates more than 5.5ml (male average is about 3.5ml) it's classed as hyperspermia. I cum around 10ml so it's safe to say I would be classified as having it, but I've always cum like that.
If shooting more than 5.5 ml qualifies you or hyperspermia, I guess I have a minor case.

It's only a problem if the sperm are too diluted such that the sperm concentration is too low.

Yes, I had heard it can cause infertility but unless medical researchers did a proper study we wouldn't know how common this. Using the number of guys who complain to their GP or attend a fertility clinic would over-estimate how often infertility occurs because men who have hyperspermia who have no trouble with fertility won't be visiting the doctor about it.

I thought this was perfectly normal, for me, and still do. I never heard of this term until a new lpsg member introduced himself as "hyperspermia" in February.

I've always wondered about this. I cum quite a bit but being a straight guy my only reference to another guys typical load is from porn. For those of you that think having a big load is hyperspermia, ity's a medical condition whereas the balls just keep producing ridiculous amounts of sperm. I've never seen this in any medical description of it. And the blue balls pain is not due to sperm, it's due to blood in the region for a prolonged time. It's called epididymal hypertension. There is no reason balls would ache due to sperm production since your body would either break it down or you'll have a wet dream
