I started my little online business company. However I realized how hard it is to manage company properly. I always deal with some pesky things and routine even If I truly work hard. I constantly tell myself that I should be strong and go on but I’m depressed and day by day I feel my mental condition is slowly getting worse. So I need your advice.

Stress can bring on depression. 1. Either see you doctor about some meds or 2. Get into a less stressful line of work. I take meds for bipolar but I keep my life stress free. Just me. I used to have severe ups and downs, but meds work for me.

I have had an architectural business for 30 plus years. Maybe if you shed some light on your problems I can help.

Regardless of business success, mental health issues are serious business. Talk to your doctor, or other mental health professional. Don't dismiss that you may a chemical imbalance that is treatable with proper meds. I know it is easy for us to write this, and the weight on you may feel too heavy, but reach out to someone. The sooner the better.

I can’t relate to business or workplace stress but I know for my depression I need friends and family, being outside often and most importantly comedy. Being away from people and going out is driving me crazy and have cried a few nights but I cheer up with some Robin Williams and comedians and make it through the day. Gotta keep yourself busy and going

Please seek medical advice. During these trying times it can make it difficult for even the strongest of people. There is no shame in seeking professional advice if you are feeling depressed.
Sometimes life can be overwhelming. Add this coronavirus and social distancing, stay at home orders, it can add to the anxiety and frustration one fills coupled with depression that you are dealing with.

In the mean time try to think positive thoughts and count you blessings. You may realize that it's not as bad as you think it is.

Good luck.

Your post doesn't delve into specifics, but this quarantine is not helping... i suffer from depression and anxiety, what helps me is exercise, reading a book, meditation, or calling people... I'd suggest utilizing some of the free skype therapists available during this pandemic, I don't know the specifics, but Cuomo did say it in his press briefings

The most important thing is to stop thinking that you’re loser or anything like that cause you know that business is merciless place where everyone expect from you to stay on you toes every single minute. That’s why you need to learn free yourself . [deleted link to offsite page].

Good ideas here. I think sleeping well, regular excercise, yoga and eating well, editing the worst people out of your life and having a plan/list of people who are good for you and who you can call will all help. Definitately talk to you GP or a professional counsellor asap. They can give you practical help. Don't wait until you are in a serious crisis. I know its hard to reach out when you are feeling low but you are not alone even if you feel like you are.

I agree with the suggestions made by others above this thread. These are options you can take to manage your mental health.
But, as a physiotherapist, i recommend that before you take medications, try to get yourself regular exercise and diet FIRST. I say this for a number of reasons:
1. All drugs have side-effects. That's a fact. So while anti-depressive drugs may help you with your depression, you may get unwanted effects like drowsiness, weakness, etc.
2. Regular exercise not only improves your physical well-being but will also improve your mental well-being. Exercise stimulates the brain to release hormones naturally that helps improve our mood and, consequently, our emotional state.
3. Added benefits of regular exercise is you get to meet people in your gym or fitness club. Healthy social interaction oftentimes decreases anxiety and depression.
4. Having a good, healthy diet also helps a lot when dealing with depression, especially when our hormones have been altered by, say, prolonged stress due to work or relationships.

I hope this helps and I hope you get better.

A successful entrepreneur is just the person who tried something else after their last failure.

I know guys who went thru 3 startups before they found something that worked.

You offer no detail as to what you are having trouble with... but on a pure guess, chances are it is just the kind of things EVERY business owner has to juggle every day.
You may simply have had no idea that that is what small business is like, all the time.

If so- you need to change your attitude toward challenges and obstacles.
and you can likely find a good deal of help in other people's published tips and tricks to management.

Try reading books like "the one minute manager" to gain insight into the kind of approaches that have helped others.

Great suggestions above, especially about talking with your MD, exercise, managing stress, etc.
I just have to add that managing a business is stressful in the best of times. I owned a design/build residential construction company for many years. As a reasonably smart (I AM being modest) and (I've been told) relentlessly happy person, I have to say that owning your own company is not for the faint of heart.

But owning your own small business while there's a pandemic and an economic shut down, has got to be mega stressful!
Take care of yourself, and ask for help!
