Those of you who know me from when I first joined in my early twenties know that I used to be on average between 7.75-8x5.75-6. Well I am here to pay it forward (and see what's new at LPSG). Also everything I did was done within twelve week cycles (cellular turnover rate timeframe for most tissues). I used the SG extender for only four months of those 24 but I did that everyday for two hours with one mod: the VLC skin cone. I used the X40 BM extreme for the girth gains. You guys- YOU DO NOT GROW your penis- you simply help it reach it's potential muscle relaxation vs contraction- muscle metabolism is awesome. The first month I followed a newbie routine that blew me away and kept me safe. After that I simply slowly increased my time and intensity in the BM. I went from 15 minutes twice a day for 12, to 30 once a day for twelve, to 45 once a day for 12 weeks, to 1 hr a day for 12 weeks. Repeated this for year two. You are nowhere near those length stats, nor do we have any proof whatsoever of growth from any PE method. Another sad case of a deluded soul.

Those are my length stats bone pressed. And actually back when I first joined I was trying to lean down from 260 to 210lbs and had a 2 inch fat pad. I had a series of health issues in my late twenties that led me to gain even more weight and ended up getting up to 368 lbs- I am now 320 and slowly and steadily loosing the weight but I still have about 3 inches of fat pad as I am 100+lbs from being <15% body fat. No shade, but is 4 hours a day for 2 years worth an extra .5 inch? Also, how does your penis fluctuate up to a quarter-inch?

Yes absolutely- that .5" in length and especially in girth translates to 4 cubic inches in volume: that means I am putting 4 more cubic inches of man meat into my lovers... About 20% more cock. Ok I can see your point of view, but it doesn't really prove anything in terms of gains, you've proved your measurements, I'll give you that clearly, but it's not actual proof that PE is effective.

Just to clarify: I gained .5" of length in 4 of the 24 months by using the SG extender... Otherwise you are absolutely right about maximizing what you have by diminishing your fatpad that is why I intend to get down to <15% bodyfat (making progress every week). However the REAL awesomeness occurred with the increase of .5" of girth because that added substantial VOLUME to my erect size that I can better satisfy my partners with (4+ cubic inches MORE of cock). I respectfully disagree coorsguy,

I am absolutely PROOF that it works because I am not special or better than anyone else- if it worked for me than most people can do it to. Like I said you can't really "grow" your penis BUT: most men did not reach their potential erect size due to less than optimal hormone and smooth muscle metabolism in the penis. Under optimal health and environmental wellness conditions (proper food, healthy relationships, good mentoring for you as a young man, etc...) I probably would have reached my potential or closer to it without ever doing PE. But the point is most men can have a healthier cock closer to its potential than it currently is. PE is the only way to do any damage control for life circumstances (the "epi" in epigenetic that is where our genes are interacting with the environment that includes emotional and consciousness nurture and development). I get your point that I am not providing enough photo "evidence" on here but to those who knew me from 2008 they can tell you there is a huge difference...
