From what we can read online, when there is a discussion about how to place the (flaccid) penis in underwear, many boys declare to position it downwards. However, as far as I'm concerned, I'm not able to do it. I noticed that, except when I am standing, I am not able to keep my penis downward. I should probably say that it is my penis that does not stay down. In any case, this is not related to the type of underwear I use (especially because almost always I wear briefs). In fact, even if I put my penis downward, as soon as I sit, I lie down or I bow, for example to collect something from the floor, it returns upward (although not perfectly straight). Moreover, when my penis is placed downwards I perceive a slight discomfort, as if I force a part of the body to assume an uncomfortable position: this is probably due to the fact that I got used to positioning it upwards. But not only. I noticed that my penis when flaccid, it doesn't entirely point down, so as to lean on the scrotum. I could almost say that it is perpendicular to the floor or to the testicles.
This particularity could be completely irrelevant. However, besides being curious if it is present in other boys and therefore common, it has become important for me for another reason. In fact, I would have decided to keep my foreskin always retracted. Leaving aside that I would do it mainly because aesthetically speaking I prefer to have my glans exposed, I realized that this becomes slightly difficult if I leave the penis positioned upwards. The reason is simple: the only area of my glans that is very sensitive is the one where the frenulum is located. On the contrary, the rest of the glans does not cause me discomfort if it is rubbed. Pointing the penis upwards, the part of the glans most stimulated by rubbing with the underwear is precisely that of the frenulum. Instead, if I could keep it positioned downward, the frenulum would be more protected since it would be the rest of the glans to be more stimulated because of contact with the briefs. In short, I would have fewer problems. Can someone help me or give me some useful advice ?
