I credit my amazingly high sex drive to working out.
I'm working out 5 or 6 times a week, and never made the connection between that and my sex drive. Working out has showed to increase Progestogens that is are sex hormones making you naturally more horny. So I credit my need for sex eight plus times a week as well as jacking off 3-4 times a day to my weightlifting.

So the question I ask is, Why don't more people work out?;)

So your trying to tell me, that sex for pleasure is a sin? If you really want I'll find some bible quotes tell you how sex is also for pleasure, but is meant for post-marriage.

It is amazing just how much you get out of regular exercise. Not only do you want to fuck more, you think more clearly, your digestive system works better, circulatory system, cardio-pulmunary system and just about everything works better. You get a natural high from endorphins. Everyone, well I guess pretty much everyone has experienced this at some point in their lives.

It's strange how they/we forget.
