I credit my amazingly high sex drive to working out. I'm working out 5 or 6 times a week, and never made the connection between that and my sex drive. Working out has showed to increase Progestogens that is are sex hormones making you naturally more horny. So I credit my need for sex eight plus times a week as well as jacking off 3-4 times a day to my weightlifting. So the question I ask is, Why don't more people work out?
