Different people have different leg to torso ratios, hence you guys are two differnet heights but probably have the same leg lengths, just diferent torso lengths.

I'm 5.9 and it's about 12 inches to my knee. So, it is very difficult to judge. If he is 5.5, it could be that it's 10-11 inches to his knee. In which case, his penis is probably somewhere around 7 or 8 inches. The question then is whether his penis is normal (ie is it deformed, is it fully flaccid etc). I suspect that he wouldn't much bigger, if any, fully erect. So, it could well be that he is somewhere around 9-10 inches errect. But the pictures look like he is a fair bit bigger than that.
Definitely agree, it's a bit too presumptuous to assume the distance of the base of his dick to his knee is the same as everyone else's (those who've at least listed theirs). I also believe, that you are right about his penis remaining the same size, as in, I doubt his dick gets much longer or harder. It seems to always be that these people are very skinny and slim-hipped. Of course, that makes the penis look so much bigger.
