FOR clarification; I was not generalizing about Czech people in general, there's no basis for comparison, nor is there any foundation to it, short of, this article happens to mention a woman who is of Czech descent.

My OP was not meant to be racist nor prejudiced against Czechs, I was pointing out a crime that could happen to anybody.
