i dont have any trans friends at the moment or know anyone trans, i would like to meet some trans people
and learn from them more about this area of life so i can be supportive. I am very open minded,
whats the best way to meet trans people ?

cos this is a sexy site i want to clarify that this isnt some attempt to get some trans sex, i just want to meet more kinds of people to broaden my knowledge, and learn directly from them rather than just reading random stuff on the internet which may not be a good thing.

quite often i have thoughts of feeling feminine and thinking of myself as a girl and i would like to know more about this as well.

lots of love,

Even I, a transgender person have no idea how and where to meet others, and I'm a bit afraid to, I have not had any positive experiences.

However, with that aside, I would be happy to be your friend!

I think nowadays the best way to learn about the trans experience is through Youtube channels. Check their Twitter and dischord servers because there is a community there:

Trans Femmes:
ContraPoints - Progressive political commentary
Phylosophy Tube (UK) - philosophy, politics
Kat Blaque - trans, race, dating
Samantha Lux - talks trans stuff mostly
Mia Mulder (Sweden) - historian
Riley Grace - trans rights advocate
Gigi Gorgeous - comedian mostly
Katy Montgomerie (UK) trans rights advocate

Luxander - NB - gender, sexuality

TransMascs:
CopsHateMoe - general stuff
Kalvin Garrah - meh, maybe don't
Buck Angel (retired porn star)

I wrote down a few keywords because there are a good few, most of them are progressive, hope it helps!

thank you my dear, this is an incredibly insightful reply, and has given me a lot of doors to open to discover new things. ive heard of buck angel and seen an interview with him, from what ive seen he has an amazing rapport and charisma with people, a real charmer!

He's not always nice though
He said some vile stuff to non-binary folk
He's part of a faction among trans people that are called trans-medicalists, Kalvin Garrah and Blaire White are also in it. They consider that to be trans one has to be diagnosed w gender dysphoria, get hormonal treatment and/or corrective surgery.

It's divisive, it creates a ranking among trans folk, like they are the right type of trans people because they make the effort to be passable. It throws other trans people under the bus though

Very well put ,my Gurl Friend was intersexed , more female than male , She worked at my company , I didn't know , and didn't care what or who she was ,as long as she did her job, but Once I Saw her crying in the lunch room , I had to ask , She told me some were and one in particular was calling her viel names , so I went on the floor and asked this mope , and he said ," I won't work around any weirdo odd ball so Called girl ,, I fired him on the spot , getting to ,,,, these poor people have a very hard time with society, always have fingers pointing , name calling , the beating and even killings , and naturally the law turns,a blind eye I have dated many Gurls since. The early 70s , now this is me only and I'm not a trans person , I don't look for the sex trade or porn side , What I did find is when they love some one its real and strong , the girl at my business , well we were lovers and living as man and wife , she died , Im lost with out her , Yes I would love to find and be with another Gurl , these Gurls have so much to offer .... Just my 2 cents

Yes , yes ,I,agree fully , my meaning was that as a person that I'm with has so much to give ,,, not sex not porn ,, the person ,I have found out they are just as any woman , just a tad different. The difference is a male member ..for one ...The ones I know now are just nice to be around and fun to be out with , we do a lot of laughing when were out , dinner or anything , and we can get down right serious, about what they go through in society, how bad there treated , I try and give them a bit of comfort some fun , and a friend to talk to , and if needed help in a cash way if necessary .
I love these girls so much
