Has anyone else tried Internet Explorer 7 ?
I've been using Firefox for the last couple years, but I
decided to try the new I.E. Not bad. Definitely an improvement,
but I still like FireFox.

isn't a browser just a browser...
just a way to connect to the internet.

the service provider (ie, aol, netzero, cox etc....) is what would make the difference I would think.

I guess i just don't care, never used firefox, so maybe I just don't know

I tried IE 7 but immediately had compatibility issues with other applications running under XP Pro. I uninstalled IE 7. Good thing XP Pro has a system restore feature.

All browsers are not created equal.

IE has been a security weak spot in the Windows OS for years. Additonally, no browser likes to track what you do quite the way IE does.

Hmm, IE7, a BIG improvement, but still crap!
OTOH, Firefox is great, but again, still crap.

The problem is, is that IE7 wants to take over every PC with a piece of software, poorly written and designed to dominate the windows market, whereas Firefox is just so much of a memory hog, it is starting to put me off from using it on more than one computer. (oh and having more than one browser on a computer to me is a waste.) But those are my ramdom comments. Tried both, don't like either, but stuck with both.
