Oh so that's soon going to be downhill for me then haha
It's interesting though, we gain size and then start losing it at one point. Anatomy is weird.

Get used to it. I found that for every inch I lose on my dick, my nut sack drops proportionly. Or so it seems. They used to say that is why old men can't wear Brumuda shorts. Lol
how much did you loose?

I think if the urethra inside gets injured it loses flexibility and doesn't stretch enough, what happened when I had some scar tissue from passing sharp little bladder stones. Thankfully that's all past. Maybe get more collagen in your diet, ie; long simmered broth made from roasted pork or beef bones.

Well, my first guess is that you measured with different tools. The tape should give you extra centimeters.

Also, you cannot pump as much blood as you used to. This is a major factor. In the pics your erection is clearly weaker. Since your penis is big, your dick will suffer more with aging. Less blood = smaller dick.

I was told by a urologist that if I wanted to retain my size I should ensure that I have at least one erection a day, other than those that might naturally occur, to ensure a healthy blood flow and blood vessels. It is also important to eat healthily and not to put weight on. Kegals can and will help with any drop in 'elevation'.
