I was in a GAP store in central London (Oxford Street), and I wasnt wearing any underwear, but I was wearing those thin material suit trousers....

As I walked out, and was already on the street, (the door alarms didn't ring), the security guard from the store comes up behind me, and asks me "what have you taken?"

I said I didnt take anything, and even gladly offered my bag to him  He said i had put something in my pockets! I showed there was nothing my my pockets, and he said "I'm sorry, i saw something bulging in your trousers...":eek:

I was shocked, that this happened! I always thought things like this always happened to other people!

Contact a lawyer at once. What they did to you was against the law. If security stops you OUTSIDE of the store and isnt 100% sure that you have stolen something than they have falsely accussed you.

Had this happened in the US, I would agree with you Jason. It happened in the UK, and I believe there rules/laws/regulations about things like this matter are a bit different

Why would he contact a lawyer? Escalating this to the point where you end up in court would be pointless. What purpose would it serve?

Not to mention that it would be an incredible waste of time and money. What damages have been suffered? While I would never take this as a case, I am embarrassed to say I know a few lawyers who would.

Something like this happened to me once, me and my mate were walking down to his GF's house and she was watching tv, she was walking one of them really girly shows and we wanted to watch the football. So when she went to the bathroom we took the remote, changed the channel and then hid it.

When she came back she got really mad and started looking for the remote, she came over to the chair I was sitting in and looked at me (now I wasn't wearing any underwear and I was just wearing some thin tracksuit bottoms) and just stared at me, she said that I had stuffed it down my pants and jumped on me and grabbed my cock, she only realised it was my cock and not the remote then, she got really red and said sorry and sat down next to me. She told some of her friends about me then, hehehe.
