my last official measurement was when I was 20. 5' 8 3/8"" I am 31 now. I measured myself this morning, in the mirror to be sure the device wasn't angled. Three measurements, 5' 10", 5' 9 3/4" and 5' 9 7/8". I guess it is because I changed my posture when running, and because I sleep almost 11 hours a day on avg. The posture and running has made my back muscles stronger, and able to support the wider gaps in my spine, since gravity depresses the spine over the course of the day. The large amounts of sleep have allowed my spine bones to grow in height. That is my hypothesis anyways. I am curious to see what my height is tonight, after gravity.
