it all ready spread threw my apt complex, I did get sick for 4-5 days doctors tried claiming it was the "normal flu"

but normally such only last a day or two then it's gone (for me anyways) these shitty doctors are just a bunch of pill pushers for a "get well quick" scheme..

at some point everyone is going to get it you can't hide from it. unless you move out to your own farm. and just grow your own food etc.. and keep isolated for the rest of your live ..

Untrue. I’m reading pieces on Medscape about how obesity isn’t necessarily a comorbidity with COVID-19, and while early reports also speculated that diabetes was a risk factor, it’s only playing out in slightly higher hospitalization rates.
One doctor, a pulmonary specialist with a research background, explained that it wasn’t obesity per se, but coexistent conditions that lowered both resistance to infection and likelihood of recovery without medical intervention (which I read as hospitalization and respirators).

Caveat, Medscape is a mix of research reporting and specialist opinion/interpretation.

Yes. Sunbathing is benficial. Plus I love that in my locality the lockdowns have ended and I can enjoy exercising in the sunny outdoors. As for Central Park:

It is if severe enough. I was told by my doctor that's why I was originally put in isolation/shielding but I'm now classed as clinically vulnerable due to my asthma not being bad enough to not have to isolate

I was in NYC yesterday; and got to see a park area along the hudson river. There were a few hundred people there, mostly situated into mini family groups. As great as the view was, I was a little overwhelmed and quickly left the area.

Today I read the paper and I wee that people in Michigan are enjoying the day 20 Times worse than I saw in NY

I use to work on MAdison Avenue, so sunbathers on a nice day is nothing new. They generally occupy mid meadow and are spread out. I saw pictures of Sunbathing June 2020; and I was became angry enough to strangle most of the people in the photos

Idiots, who were ignoring social distancing, number of people in an area, not wearing masks. Generally just being selfish A- Holes. Why ? because it that is what Selfish A-Holes do . I had to go 2 months without a hair cut; and deal / do my part with C - Virus management, so the city can hopefully restart in a few more days. Idiots like these only care about themselves , only live for the now

I see that great minds think alike. Wisconsin, is presently on the no travel to State ban list , as issued by NY. Pat yourself on the back .
Truthfully , I am not afraid of the virus, I live and work in NY and in Healthcare . I was inside of multiple hospitals daily , working to the freaking point of over exhaustion, but I was never afraid. I do need to get an antibody test, pretty sure i came into contact with the virus in multiple ways . Just FYI if you have seen a patient in an ICU and on a Vent, that alone would be enough to pray it did not happen to you

You are correct most generic masks do not block coronavirus transmission. However . if 2 people are wearing masks, the percentage of transmission declines. All I know we are wearing them here and my City is reopening, slowly but surely. Fingers crossed the party A-Holes do not screw it up

I'm confused and amazed. I for the life of me can't understand how going to church and bars spreads the coronavirus, but protest and gambling doesn't spread the coronavirus.

It seems to me that we just don't know enough about this virus. Wear a mask, don't wear a mask. The sun kills it, obviously not.

I work outside daily. It's impossible for me to do my job correctly wearing a mask in 90 plus degree temps with a heat index of 103.
If I go to the store I'll wear a mask. Otherwise I'm breathing in all the fresh air I can get.

I used to see that a lot even before the COVID hit. I asked a local once and he said it was because it helped with his allergies (he had puffy eyes while he was explaining it). In this guys case he said he didn't need to all the time, but "ragweed" kicked his ass
