Oh, noooo. Dropped crotch pants look horrible. They look like MC Hammer pants that shrunk in the dryer.

That is worse than the hoodies wearing the jeans with the boxers and undies showing.

Yeah, when it is ugly. Kinda like, I hated playsuits, because I remembered the ugly 80's ones. I saw some cute ones, and now I wear them all the time. Also, never venturing outside the box will keep you in jeans and basic shirts forever...To me that is ultimate boredom and ho hum.

I am happy with jeans and basic shirts. In different colors. In different fabrics.

There is nothing wrong with creativity...but there must be universal applicability.

There does? And you are not allowed to wear jeans and tee shirts everywhere, you just don't go those places?

Ohhhhhh, I wanna wear a skirt too.

Ok, joking, (maybe  ) but seriously, I wouldn't mind trying that out. I think it would be an interesting experience.
I never really though of kilts as casual wear though. I figured they were just for ceremonies or when Scotts play the bag pipes.

I have to admit that I'm not Scottish and although I'm sure you don't need to be one to wear one, I don't think I have ever seen an Asian guy with a kilt on.
I think I'd get some funny looks. :biggrin1:

Lol, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6qpQzK2Rj4

But seriously i don't mind pants, i just hate shopping for them, it impossible to find some who fit perfect. I mean Levi's does not have a 501 in my size, and that might be the most produced jeans in the world.

Yeah, you have those weird dimensions like I do. I have to get all my pants tailored.

I wonder if there's any kind of job where you could only wear underwear...

A pox on Levis! They are now made in Indonesia and all standards and quality are in the toilette. 3 pairs of the same Levis fit my husband 3 different ways! I second going to the tailor, having clothing truly fit you is a wonderful feeling.

My Levi's are made in turkey. But it was just an example for the struggle i have to find pants that fit. There are just no out there. having them tailored is good, but also a question of money, i also have no easy time finding suits and shirts, because when they fit in the shoulders, breasts and arms they look like a sack around my waist. So i would pretty much exclusively need tailored clothes, something i can not afford in this stage of my life.

I thought the cuts of clothes in Europe were more accommodating to a triangular torso? I know that American cut seems to assume that mens' waists are roughly the same width as the shoulders, so I generally buy from European stores (H&M helps, I think they're Dutch and fairly reasonable on price, as is Zara for Men).

No one makes pants for men with our kind of whr, so pretty much everything I have that fits has been tailored.
