Women fake because it's easier than having the guy pound you raw insisting you are going to have an orgasm. If you make the new guy happy because you are enjoying sex the way it is, there is no sense in having a miserable experience by having him keep trying and trying when you can't orgasm from sex at all. Hmmm...I have a similar problem with my girlfriend, except instead of bleeding she says she gets a burning feeling.
