Winger: I'm from England and it's much more rare for a woman to shave over here thanit seems to be in the states.
Personally I have no preference, in fact I've never been with a girl who shaves so I don't know but to look at it makes no difference. Plus any guy who says he won't give head because of hair is a liar, he just won't do it and is probably lousy at it anyway! Personally I think some hair is nice, it's natural and all part of the female body so I love it. As long as eveything is clean it's ok. Body hair in general has never been an issue for me. If my g/f doesn't shave her legs for a couple of days or her armpits it ain't gonna bother me at all.
I don't get why it's a pre-requisite for women but nobody seems to say anything about guys pubic hair? Nobody says guys should shave but you'd think most guys would want to as it would visually increase your penis.

I'm pretty happy as long as her bush isn't so expansive that it's down her thighs or something. I find the fact that she grooms herself to look pretty down there at least as arousing as what she does with it.
I think it somewhat depends on what her pussy looks like though. The wife started to shave it all clean after we started dating, she was a little reluctant at first but now she would'nt have it any other way.

Almost all women look (and taste) better with a little trimming. Here's my guide:
1) Shave the inner thighs. Please.
2) Don't just attack the whole thing and leave a little skimpy eyebrow at the top. Look at the shape. I prefer a nice downward-pointing triangle, with the point of the triangle somewhere between the clit and the top of the labia. Use your judgment to find the right contour.
3) It looks really strange to have a big, thick bush spilling out over shaved areas. A men's beard trimmer (with the guard) is the easiest way: usually #3 or #4 on the guard is about right.
4) Advanced trimmers can feather the edges with #1 or #2. This looks really natural and sexy when done right.
An added bonus of the beard trimmer is that it vibrates pleasingly. Women love it, and I love using it on them!
Helpful hints:
1) Be careful with the pointy end! Catching skin is no fun at all.
2) Make sure it has a good charge; nothing's worse than running out of batteries halfway through.

I'm not sure why I don't like this question. Maybe it's because my mom's a feminist. I have a hard time thinking about some girl's body parts just floating around in space with or without pubes. I'd like to check out the whole girl & then experiment with her to se what we both like. It's more fun I think than making some blank statement about pubes.

hygeine is most important, I agree. Other than that... unless a girl is just unnaturally bushy... with really uncontrolled wild growth going on down there... it doesn't actually matter much to me. Shaved is nice, that's safe, and trimmed can be a turn-on too, it usually means a woman spends a lot of time taking care of herself if she's got a nicely manicured vagina. But I've also seen some vaginas that I thought were very nice-looking and completely au naturel. Really, whatever the girl is comfortable with I think is best, because if I'm with someone and want to go down on them or see them naked with the lights on and they're like "oh no! I haven't shaved! I look gross!" ...that's a turn-off.

I can't say I am for or against it, if I am being totally honest. My preference is trimmed nicely... or Shaved.. but I take what I can get:biggrin1:

This thread's been getting some great replies.
Being the moral fence sitter that I am, I would naturally go with #2 =P
I think trimming is by far the PC choice, as it appeases those who like you to be on the 'sparse' end of things, yet leaves enough for those who like their women to be 'women'!
From there on in of course it's not hard to take it all off if someone wants you like that, or vice versa to let it grow back for a few days
