I haven't posted here much but I have a question maybe someone can help me with. I have a fairly large erect penis (7.5 x 6.25) but it looks pretty small flacid (i'm a grower) So my question is can I do anything to make my flacid penis bigger? Thanks

Stretching the suspensory ligament is what will help you hang.

Do that by using Jelq or stretching devices.
It takes time, but it does work.
