Update on a resolution from two years ago.
I've lost a little less than 10 pounds in the past several months. There's definitely a difference in my musculature. My waist is definitely smaller and trimmer. You can sort of see muscles there.

However, I'm not showing six pack the way I'd like to. I don't know
  • how much more weight I'd need to lose to really show it,
  • if losing more body fat would start to look bad
  • if losing more weight would impinge on strength and muscle growth
Just things I'm trying to figure out.
