Consider a little stroking in the beginning while riding the dildo. Then as you near orgasm stop stroking and keep working the toy. The more you do it, the less you'll need to stroke prior to the orgasm. It's really just training yourself to finding the proper position, pressure, and thrust. That's how it is for me.
